Ice facials MAXIMIZE product absorption, reduce inflammation & minimize your pores. They are a MUST, especially if you have acne prone skin like myself!
To take your ice facial to the next level, try freezing organic aloe vera juice, organic coconut water, organic coconut milk, OR an herbal tea of your choice ( some of my favorite skincare herbs are chamomile, green tea, moringa, rosemary, and hibiscus! ) instead of regular water.
They can be done as often as you please (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc.)
HOW TO:
1. Cleanse and tone your skin.
2. Apply your favorite Ayanna's Infusions oil or serum ( one drop on each cheek ) & massage it into the skin for 1-2 minutes.
3. Massage an ice cube into your skin in circular motions, focusing on any areas that have blemishes/ scars. Do this for 30 to 60 seconds, then seal in the hydration with your favorite Ayanna's Infusions facial oil or butter.
If you have sensitive skin or have never done an ice facial before, I do not recommend applying the ice directly to your skin. Wrap the cube in a clean washcloth, THEN massage it into your skin.
