FEELING THE BLUES
I’ve loved the water for as far back as my memory goes. The oceans, rivers, streams & lakes. The rain. The warm baths & hot showers- they soothe, cleanse & silence the beautiful chaos that is my mind.

The chaos is equally destructive as it is creative. There is a constant fire that burns in my chest - life placed it there and overtime, it grew. The fire would have destroyed me if I didn’t have the waters to turn to.

I feel a responsibility to protect the waters. Firstly, every ecosystem on this planet needs water to survive. Secondly, the waters have protected me- from an internal fire that could’ve easily swallowed me whole.

The waters soothe, cleanse, nourish & protect us all.
