Growing up using drugstore skincare products on my eczema, I remember the only ones that ACTUALLY soothed my skin were those containing oatmeal. Oats are well known in the skincare world for their anti-inflammatory benefits AND their ability to soften the skin, reduce redness, and soothe itchy skin. I decided to supercharge the oats with chamomile & ginger, for additional nourishment.
